Bio

I spend my career in (a) understanding people – learning about who they are, their motivation, their intention, their strengths, their weaknesses, their mental model, their everything -, (b) dissecting processes and (c) improving products and services experiences. As an ever curious industrial designer with a PhD in Design and complexity, a post doctorate in UX, and more than 12 years in the industry (AI, Healthcare, Insure-tech), I have honed my skills to answer these questions and help product managers, designers and developers to make product decision with confidence. Communicating deep understanding of users needs allows product and service teams to deliver value, reduce risks and identify opportunities for innovation.

Why are you interested in participating at Product4Good?

I strongly believe in collaboration and to build an innovative product, there are 3 different parties that always needs to be represented : the business, the technology and the user. Without one of them, the product is either, not useful, not usable, not desirable, not feasible or not profitable. Moreover, to collaborate, you need to understand each other, listen and learn from each other. Therefore, it is a great opportunity to be able to participate in a conference with a community of practitioners with whom I share my daily work and passion. And, as a plus, this conference has a great social mission.
